This site has been created in implementation of the Contract for the provision by sub –measure 19.1 “Assistance for preparatory activities” of measure 19 “Community-led local development” from The Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).

Beneficiary of the project is the municipality of Balchik, in partnership with the municipality of Genерал Toshevo.
